Texas Men Release 2026-2027 Swim & Dive Schedule
The defending NCAA champions, the Texas men's swim and dive team, have unveiled their 2026-2027 schedule, featuring a home-heavy lineup with key meets and top recruits joining the roster.

The Texas men's swim and dive team, fresh off their 2026 NCAA championship victory, have announced their schedule for the 2026-2027 season. The Longhorns will begin and end their season at home, with the Sam Kendricks Dust Off Your Boots Classic kicking off the campaign and the 2027 NCAA Championships serving as the finale.
## Home Advantage Dominates Schedule
More than half of the team’s meets will take place at home, with the only away dual meets scheduled against Indiana (a double dual also featuring Northwestern), South Carolina, and SMU. The team will also compete at the SCM World Trials in Westmont. From November onward, the Longhorns will primarily stay within Texas, except for potential out-of-state Last Chance Meets.
## Key Departures and Returning Talent
The team bids farewell to their top individual scorer from the 2026 NCAAs, Hubert Kos, who contributed 57 points. Leading the returning talent is Rex Maurer, who scored 42 individual points at the NCAAs, closely followed by Will Modglin with 41 points.
## Top Recruits and Transfers Join the Roster
The Longhorns welcome two highly ranked recruits: Rowan Cox, ranked #3, and Austin Carpenter, ranked #8, both coming out of high school. Additionally, Luka Mladenovic, a 2026 NCAA ‘A’ finalist in breaststroke events, will join the team this fall after transferring from Michigan, where he spent his freshman season.
