Swimtopia has launched its meet management software as a standalone product. The company announced the move today, making its technology available to any team, event organizer, meet host, or governing body in competitive swimming.

This step accelerates the development of what Swimtopia calls a connected technology platform. The aim is to integrate shared technology and data across its suite of products. Company President Alan Rice stated the firm is tripling down on its swim focus. "We believe swim deserves its own purpose-built technology that supports the unique and complex needs of the industry," Rice said.

A New Generation of Meet Management

For the first time, Swimtopia's meet management software is offered independently from its team management platform. This provides a new entry point for clubs, leagues, schools, and other organizations. The move comes as many in the swim community are reportedly looking for alternatives to older tools.

The software is built on experience from more than 30,000 meets. The product roadmap includes expanded support for complex championship formats like preliminaries and finals. It also promises seamless integration with major timing systems. Founder and CEO Mason Hale emphasized a forward-looking approach. "We're building what will become the new standard-modern, intuitive meet management technology designed around the people running meets today," Hale said.

One Complete Suite for Swimming

Alongside the product launch, Swimtopia unveiled a new brand identity. The rebrand reflects its evolution into a technology-first company serving the full competitive swimming ecosystem. The company's connected product suite is now unified under one brand.

Each product in the suite delivers value independently while also connecting to a larger platform. The goal is to reduce duplicate work and improve information sharing across the sport.

Investing in the Future

The rebrand and launch are part of a broader, sustained investment. Over the next year, Swimtopia will make its largest investment in product and engineering to date. The company is also scaling its customer support team.

Tracy Nelson, Director of Customer Success, highlighted the importance of knowledgeable support. "Anyone who's run a swim meet at 6 a.m. On a Saturday knows you need support from people who actually get it," Nelson stated. The company asserts this support philosophy, built in summer recreational leagues, is being extended to all corners of the sport.

Built by Swim People

Swimtopia emphasizes its deep roots in the swimming community. The company was founded by a swim parent, Mason Hale, and its team includes swimmers, parents, coaches, and officials. This perspective shapes product design, customer support, and innovation.

Hale stressed the insider's view. "We're swim people building software for swim people." he said. The company's stated goal is for Swimtopia to be the first name people think of for swimming technology. Alan Rice said the aim is to remove barriers for the organizations that make the sport possible and create a better experience for everyone involved.
